Hello, friend! I’m so glad you’re here and I hope this space serves you well when you need it most. My name is Katie Williams, and I’m yoga teacher and professional wellness writer. My goal is to inspire people to slow down and find peace, whether it’s through meditation or soulful practice.
I’m a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200, YACEP) through the Yoga Alliance, and I’ve been teaching and leading workshops since 2015. I’m primarily a slow flow and yin yoga teacher, and I deepened my studies with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts in their 50-hour yin yoga training in Vancouver, B.C. I’m also a certified yoga nidra teacher and I love drawing on my writing background to create fully immersive meditation experiences inspired by nature.
I’ve co-hosted 10 yoga retreats (and counting) around the world, and I love sharing the beauty of slow practices like yin and yoga nidra. It’s my joy to now share them here and through my guided yoga nidra podcast, Yoga Nidra: Well Within. I look forward to virtually practicing with you!
